Job Description: I have a proprietary program that downloads closing market data into an ascii file. I accumulate several of these files (15-20) in one folder. These include corn, soy bean meal, and lean hogs. I then have to individually copy and paste each file into the excel file I have set up to calculate gross margins. I then have to regraph the process each time. I would like to figure out a way to automate the process.
