In a conversation with a client not long ago, the topic of collaboration came up. It was mentioned that it sure be nice if we had a way to collaborate on projects that were listed on Aggie-Lance. And so the idea was born. We began our search for the BEST project management software out there. After looking at many products, Mark noticed while paging through Inc. Magazine one day, there was a focus on project collaboration tools. They ranked several of the best companies, and that's when we called Huddle. Not only can we collaborate on projects, but it has integrated into our website - all you need to do is log in. Best of all, we're bringing it to you as a service -at no charge - whether you have a project listed on our website or not!

What is it?

Our new software is a web based program that allows you to collaborate on projects with colleagues, even when you're not in the same office! There is white board space for brain storming, task lists you can manage, full document sharing AND editing, basic word tools, and much more! perhaps you can wrap text around the photo...photo right aligned.

How do I use it?

Once your account is created you can log in and begin adding tasks, ideas, or documents. Next, add colleagues to your project, and assign them tasks (along with deadlines if you like). The neat thing about this product is that you can see who logged in, when they were active, and who the last person to update a particular task was. Even when you are not near each other, it is easy to manage people and projects.

How much does it cost?

To use a project management space on Aggie-Lance it is totally free - you don't even have to purchase another one of our services. We simply ask that you call or email us to get things rolling for you. Priority is given to those who are currently advertising projects on Aggie-Lance, but that use is not required.
